Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items are returnable for credit in their original condition, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase (see below for exceptions).

You will see the credit (less shipping) reflected in your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.

Shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order such as the item is incorrect or defective. (Hey, it could happen.)

Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RAN). Request a return authorization number.                   

Non-returnable Items

CDs and DVDs: We are sorry but we do not issue exchanges or refunds on CDs or DVDs. We will certainly exchange any defective CD or DVD for the same title.

Prints and Posters: Use special care when opening and repackaging prints and posters. We must receive them back in new, resalable condition in order to issue you a credit or make an exchange.
